Endurance

Endurance to continue on with what one believes in despite opposition whether it comes from an outside source or from within. 


Note to self: I have air in my lungs and love in my heart. This is all I need to endure any and all obstacles that come my way.

Love comes in the form a delicious apple or perhaps in Snow White's case a not-so-delicious apple but nonetheless, love comes in all forms. Be reunited with who you are by the food choices you make. There is nothing like a fresh crisp apple salad with warmed pecans and ice cold glass of tea on a hot summery day. Reconnect with those sensations by the dishes you prepare.
